It is located near medical facilities, as well as numerous shopping, dining and recreational facilities. The facility provides our residents with a warm, dignified and caring atmosphere by recognizing the unique needs of each and every resident. We have experienced staff to provide security and supervision at all times with our main goal being to assure each resident of living life to the fullest of their capabilities. Our Black River Falls facility strives to provide care and offerings in a manner that the resident is encouraged to move toward functional independence in daily living or to continue functioning as independently as possible.

We cook and eat local (more brats in Wisconsin, more pasta in New Jersey, and produce plucked from our resident gardens). We’ll clean Housekeepers thoroughly clean and shine every apartment, and do each resident’s laundry. Breathe deep Green environment helps people heal faster, so we picnic under the gazebo, dig in garden beds and stroll on the landscaped paths.
